Returns Policy
Tip Top Kids accepts returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that is shipped to a US address for store credit within 14 days of your order delivered. Items must be new and in original packaging. Damaged or defective items must be notified within 3 days after delivery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout.
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please use the return form below to start the exchange process. Defective items must start the exchange process within 3 DAYS of delivery. If the return form is not filled out within 3 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage defect.
Return
Start your return process by filling out the form below. For US customers the cost of return shipping is $7.00 for any number of items. The shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit if you use the return label provided. You are free to use your own label but we are not responsible for any lost packages during transit. You can return multiple items from different orders into one package. To ensure you receive the correct credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items
being returned. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept the return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your order’s email address in the form of a e-gift card. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
